1) Port Washington Estates Association does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
2) Port Washington Estates Association is committed to maintaining all of our facilities free from sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination. All employees, members, guests and vendors, are required to behave in a manner that prevents sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is against the law and everyone has a legal right to an environment free from sexual harassment.
3) Port Washington Estates Association encourages reporting of all perceived incidents of discrimination or harassment, regardless of the offender’s identity or position. Individuals who believe that they have been the victim of such conduct should contact and discuss their concerns with the PWEA board. You can also file a complaint with a government agency or in court under federal, state or local antidiscrimination laws.
